Aftercare
Ongoing Support & Aftercare
Proper aftercare is essential to ensure your intruder alarm system continues to perform reliably, especially when you need it most.
We offer affordable monthly service contracts that include:
- Unlimited call outs (within reason)
- Full service once a year to test sensors, update software (if required), and ensure everything is working as it should (Replacement batteries are not included and will be billed at an extra cost)
- Unlimited help with a fast response time
For extra peace of mind, systems covered by an active service contract are backed by a 5-year warranty, as long as they're regularly maintained by us. If you choose not to take out a contract, your equipment still comes with a 3-year standard warranty.
